Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and BuddyBuffer, run by Jameul Islam in Bangladesh, when you use buddybuffer.com. By using it, or by joining a party, you agree to them.
What BuddyBuffer is
BuddyBuffer lets friends watch together: YouTube videos, videos you upload and shared screens, in sync, with chat and voice. Parties are for people you know, not for broadcasting to the public.
Who can use it
You must be 13 or older, or 16 or older if you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area. Hosts confirm this when they make an account. Anyone of that age can join a party with its link or code, without an account.
Your account
You sign in with your email or with Google; there’s no password. Keep access to your email safe. You’re responsible for the parties you host and for what you share in them.
What isn’t allowed
Don’t share anything you don’t have the right to share, or anything illegal. Don’t harass or threaten people, share someone’s private details, or pretend to be someone else. Never share sexual content involving anyone under 18: we remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities. Don’t send spam, or try to break, overload or get around the limits of BuddyBuffer.
Your uploads
Only upload videos you own or have permission to share. You keep ownership of what you upload. You let us store it and play it to the people in your parties, and nothing else. Uploads are deleted automatically when your plan’s time for them runs out, and you can delete one sooner.
Paid plans
Paid plans are sold by Creem, our merchant of record, which takes the payment and handles tax; its terms apply to the purchase. Prices are in US dollars, and tax is added at checkout where it applies. A plan renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
If a paid plan isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for it and you get the whole payment back. Write to support@buddybuffer.com from your account’s email. Renewals aren’t refunded, but you can cancel before the next one and nothing more is charged. Creem returns the money to the way you paid. If the law where you live gives you more, you get that.
When we remove things
We can remove content and close accounts that break these terms or the law. When we do, we email you what we removed, why, and how to reply; reply to that email to appeal. Accounts that keep infringing copyright are closed.
No guarantees
We work to keep BuddyBuffer running, but it’s provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, and what we owe you for any claim is at most what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here takes away rights the law where you live gives you and doesn’t let a contract remove.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If something goes wrong, write to us first and we’ll try to put it right. If you use BuddyBuffer as a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of that country’s law and can go to its courts.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or on the site before the change applies.
